Fort William Mountain Festival 2008 Art Competition
The opening of the exhibition will be at the Nevis Centre in Fort William and it will be open to the public every day during the festival (see programme for opening times).
Each entrant must nominate one piece of their work to be put forward for nomination (original artwork only) when sending in details of their work for the exhibition. Nominations should be sent to W Scott, The Highland Mountain Culture Association Limited, PO Box 7035, Fort William PH33 6WR.
The deadline for entries to the 2007 Art and Photography Exhibition is 1st February 2008. Download Exhibition Entry Form here.
The public visiting the exhibition will then be asked to vote, via a ballot system, for their favourite piece of work in the following categories:
Overall favourite 1st place £200, 2nd & 3rd place prizes from sponsors Junior under 16 Junior prizes 1st place £50, 2nd & 3rd place prizes from sponsors Public voting slips will also be placed into a free prize draw to encourage people to vote.
