Mountains inspire us all in different ways - and you won't find a better example of the diversity of mountain culture than in this year's festival lectures and films.
But don't just spectate - participate! We've got loads of ways for you to get active and involved, so grab the chance to join in on an avalanche awareness course, winter-climbing or winter-walking workshop.

FESTIVAL PATRON - The Fort William Mountain Festival are delighted to announce that Dave 'Cubby' Cuthbertson, a climber, mountain guide and mountain photographer, who has been inextricably linked to the development of cutting edge climbing in Scotland for the past two and a half decades, is the Patron of the Fort William Mountain Festival.
